The Growing Season opened its doors in the fall of 2009, after four local women joined together to create a space where the community could share fresh, healthy food and drinks.
This local eatery features homemade wraps, salads, soups, desserts, daily specials, fresh juices and smoothies.
Lentils are sprouted in-house, and local seasonal produce is carried when available.
We like to make everything from scratch, choosing the best and ingredients we can get our hands on while keeping our prices affordable. Our dishes are unique, colourful, refreshing and nutritious, with the emphasis on health and sustainability.
